Coastal Solar Rollout (Balochistan)
Remote telecom sites in the coastal areas of Balochistan faced two major issues: zero grid connectivity and extremely difficult terrain for diesel logistics. The high operational cost (OPEX) of running generators 24/7 was unsustainable.
Constructed robust mechanical structures capable of withstanding high coastal wind loads.
Installed Solar PV systems integrated with Li-Ion batteries for autonomy.

Securing the Network: Anti-Theft Rollout
With battery theft rising, Jazz needed a fortress-like solution to protect their assets. Additionally, their Core Data Centers required advanced monitoring to prevent downtime.
Supplied and installed over 2,000 Anti-Theft Cabinets equipped with triple-locking mechanisms.
Deployed Surge Protection Systems (SPD) and Earthing Mesh at key Data Centers.
Installed Infrared Cameras and DCIM software for real-time environmental monitoring.
Large-Scale Energy Storage Management
Managing the lifecycle of thousands of batteries across a country as large as Pakistan is a logistical nightmare. Operators needed a partner who could not just supply batteries, but manage them.
Delivered 12,500+ Li-Ion batteries to Enfrashare and 7,700+ to Telenor.
Integrated GPS trackers and Heating Films (for Northern areas) into the battery modules.
Developed a custom Web Application to track warranty claims, resolving over 700 claims.
Mobility & Network Optimization
Zong required rapid network expansion capabilities for temporary events and emergency coverage, alongside a massive cleanup of their existing site infrastructure.
Mobilized and commissioned Cell on Wheels (COW) units for 200+ sites, providing instant coverage.
Deployed teams to 2,800+ sites to perform rectification, sunshade fabrication, and pad construction.
